Enjoy your time to simply get away or as a must need sleep over due to travel or work. Only 14 miles south of I70. A Dollar General Store, Subway and Gas Station are nearby. Ten minute drive south to Sullivan for Walmart, restaurants, and grocery stores. Fifteen minute drive north to Terre Haute for all the city attractions. County and State Parks are near by as well. Located in a great neighborhood on main street with privacy. Maximum of only four adults allowed per reservation.

1 Bedroom Apartment Unit 1

Private one bedroom one bathroom with large kitchen! Close to everything. Located 1 block from the library. 0.5 miles from Vincennes University. 0.9 miles to Good Sam. A hotel room with a full kitchen AND it’s cheaper. Fully equipped kitchen provides coffee pot, filters, paper towels, etc for easy use. Willing to accommodate pets for an additional fee of $25 for cleaning and count them as a guest ($10 per day). *Backyard is currently unavailable.

The State Street Gondo

The gondo is a small two bedroom style apartment with no stairs to climb. There is a driveway and an alley entrance and exit. There is a Dollar General, 3 gas stations and a Mexican restaurant right in our little town. We are located 10 miles from Sullivan for a small Walmart or 20 miles from Terre Haute for a super Walmart and more variety of entertainment. We are only 15 miles from Shakamak State Park if you like hiking or beautiful scenery.
