It's centrally placed for both the north and south coasts for swimming, surfing, outings and walking the coastal path. A30, Padstow and NQ airport are all 10 min away. You’ll love its contemporary but homely atmosphere, the tranquility, the warm welcome, the pretty setting. Great for couples and small families ideal too for mid-season walking holidays and cosy winter breaks.

Lit up in the evening with solar festoon lighting. There are beautiful local beaches , 15 minutes from the Eden project, 5 mins from the A30 taking you to Padstow, Newquay and other local attractions

We are tucked away down a country lane but also very central to access most of Cornwall, from beaches for those lazy days and brisk Autumn/Winter walks to seaside towns for a potter.
