Welcome to Rockford retreat! Enjoy this beautifully landscaped home including 3 bedrooms 3 1/2 bath. Master has private bath with tiled shower and 2 person whirlpool tub to unwind in spa environment. Finish the evening with a fire out back and then off to theatre room to watch movies, play PS5, drums & Foosball!!  Wake up to make a great breakfast, includes waffle maker, coffee, and you can make your own smoothie!

Underground Hobbit Home in the deep forest

Our custom-built Hobbit Home is nestled under the forest floor on a 10 acre site. A bench swing adorns the hillside along the huge boulder fire pit and outdoor picnic area. The inside of the 185 sq.ft. structure is one-of-a-kind, with a Poplar tree bark ceiling, wavy cedar walls, and a wood cookie wall. A queen sized bed with linens and pillows comfortably sleeps two, and a comfy pull out couch can sleep two children under 12 or one teen or adult. A wood stove makes it cozy in the cold months.

Lakefront Cottage w/Pontoon, Dock & Paddle Boat

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this renovated lakefront cottage sits at the water's edge of Lake Wabasis with 66' of private shoreline. It includes: 18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May through October, weather permitting). There is also a front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus a twin daybed in a semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

Lakefront Bungalow, Boat & Bunkhouse in the Woods

The Loon's Nest is a unique lakefront bungalow with separate bunkhouse. It comes with a 22' pontoon boat (no license needed if over 30), 2 kayaks, private dock w/attached bench, plus a swim platform w/ladder (from May through October, weather permitting). The property is spread over 2 large lots that offer expansive views of Lake Wabasis and a private, sandy beach. Plus a backyard completely surrounded by woods with a vernal pond that provides complete privacy and direct access to nature.

Large sandy beach with a paddle boat, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and a nice 2021, 20-foot pontoon boat available for rent. The place is great for families, romantic getaways, or business travelers.

The Amberg House - a Frank Lloyd Wright Original

Staying in a house designed by Frank Lloyd Wright is a bucket list item for fans of America's most acclaimed architect. The Amberg House was completed in 1911 at the pinnacle of Wright's Prairie Style influence. Though every Wright home is special, the Amberg House is a unique collaboration between Wright and Marion Mahony. Mahony worked with Wright from 1896 until 1909. A graduate of MIT, she was the first woman to be licensed as an architect in the US.

Living room has fold out couch for sleeping 2 extra for a total of 6 people. There is an office area between the kitchen and the dining area that can be used if you need to get some work done while at the location. I have a ring doorbell camera monitoring the front door for safety.
