Welcome to Kingfisher Lodge on Coochie :) If you are after a place to unwind, relax and touch base with nature, this is the holiday destination for you. Coochie is approximately 35 kms from Brisbane CBD and 1 km off the mainland from Victoria Point. Access via the passenger ferry or vehicular barge, $80 return. Coochie boasts 4 kms of white sandy beaches, perfect for swimming, beach walking, kayaking, boating and fishing. The Lodge is located on the Main Beach side, a 200m stroll to the beach.

Boolarong - Iconic Architect Designed Beach House

Boolarong is a contemporary award wining 3 level beach house with expansive views of the Coral Sea to Moreton Island. Designed by architect Shane Thompson, Boolarong showcases Queensland modern casual beach living. The top level features an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining opening to the verandah. Middle level - 3 bedrooms, main with ensuite and a 2nd bathroom and the ground level entrance, stairs, laundry and parking. Featured in Design Files 2021 & book '21st Century Houses Down Under'

The Hillside Retreat in Tambourine Mountain is the ideal getaway with breathtaking views of the Gold Coast and the hinterland, with an outdoor swimming pool, a heated spa, garden and bbq facilities. Enjoy the calm and tranquillity of the mountain with trails to hike, while being a few minutes' drive from the distilleries, wineries, Gallery Walk, Skywalk, National Park, Botanic Garden, fine eateries and a golf course. Relax with the whole family at this air conditioned peaceful place to stay. Right in the centre of Amity Point, close to Amity Pavillon, general store & post office. Easy walk to boat ramp and jetty for swimming, fishing & dolphin spotting. You can often observe koalas and kangaroos around our property from the large deck. My husband and I have a granny flat downstairs which is completely separate to your space upstairs.
