I saw a turkey hen on the way in. This is so exciting. Today is 5-18-21. Wow! Hope you get to see one. An osprey visited after catching an 8 inch long fish in the nearby pond. Deer and rabbits come by and eat the grass and berries in the front yard. This property was super flooded. Thankfully it's more private than ever. Last house on the right. The right place, time, location, scenery, and what you need. Oh my, the movie Roadkill was partially filmed here. The movie is totally filmed in Bay and Washington County. Coming out in 2022.
There is a Riding stable nearby that will ride you out into the surrounding area and to some ponds if you love horses. Sunshine Riding Trails was recently reviewed on WJHG with Neysa Wilkins.
