Villa con accesso diretto sul lago d'Orta. La villa è immersa in un giardino nel quale è possibile passare una giornata rilassante sulle rive del più romantico dei laghi italiani. Lago balneabile e dalle acque particolarmente limpide. La temperatura dell'acqua è particolarmente mite ed è possibile nuotare da fine maggio sino ad inizio Ottobre. E' ideale anche come punto di appoggio per chi volesse visitare le numerose località turistiche della zona: Orta San Giulio, il Lago Maggiore con Stresa e le isole Borromee, il lago di Mergozzo, la Valle dell' Ossola, la Valle Strona, la Valsesia e molte altre. Splendido chalet appartato in un angolo nascosto del Piemonte, al confine con la Svizzera situato a 1300 mls. Lo chalet è all'interno di in un’oasi verde di prato, pascolo e orti, circondata da una fitta foresta di pini secolari. Ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, il contatto con se stesso e la natura. La vista sui 4000 svizzeri è mozzafiato! Durante la stagione invernale, in caso di nevicate, bisognerà parcheggiare a circa 500 mt dallo chalet, vi aiuteremo volentieri con i vostri bagagli!

Chill in your roomy sauna after skiing, hiking, or lounging on the chalet's expansive terraces. Tucked away above the village, even in the depth of winter, you enjoy an early sunrise. Your skis are best placed next to the slopes, a scenic 1.5 km walk or 10 min shuttle ride away. SaastalCard included (as part of tourist tax due on arrival).

The town of Montescheno offers the charm of the mountains (700 meters), an enviable sunny position and at the same time the proximity to the city of Domodossola (12km) and the alpine lakes. Villa Alba presents itself with spacious and bright rooms, a panoramic view of the mountains and at the same time the relaxation of a Finnish sauna and jacuzzi. The outdoor spaces are very pleasant and usable: veranda with sofa and armchairs, balcony, garden, pergola with table and benches.

The holiday apartment is part of Montela Hotel & Resort and is located about 5 minutes walk from the valley station of the Hohsaas cable cars. The bus stop "Unter dem Berg" is right next to the resort. Enjoy carefree holidays in summer and winter on the Saas hiking and biking routes or on the nearby skiing and cross-country skiing trails in the Saas Valley.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von familienfreundliche Aktivitäten. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen die Lage. Bei uns im Saastal müssen Erwachsene im Sommer 10.5 Fr. und Kinder zwischen 6 und 16 Jahren 5.25 Fr. Kurtaxe bezahlen. In diesem Preis sind alle Busse im Tal und praktisch alle Bergbahnen kostenlos benutzbar. Im Winter kostet die Kurtaxe 7 Fr. für Erwachsene und Kinder bezahlen 3.75 Fr. In diesem Preis ist im Winter der Skibus kostenlos.
