East Watch is a 740 sq ft, 1 bedroom private retreat that provides the comforts and amenities of home with the style of a high-end hotel. All 5 to 15 min from shopping, downtown, and the beach. It's a short walk from Mt. Helix Park which offers a 360* view, weekday yoga, and stunning sunrises and sunsets. Welcome to our petite beach retreat! Purchased in '14, we've slowly renovated it to provide a bright and stylish place to stay. A small front yard and large back yard provide multiple places to relax outdoors. The kitchen is fully outfitted for cooking and there's a BBQ grill outside. The house is located in Ocean Beach, about 10 minutes' drive to the airport and 15-20 minutes' walk to the beach, including several bars, breweries and restaurants. Bike paths connect you to Mission Bay and beyond

Please note, access to the second story is via an outdoor spiral staircase.

There is a king-sized bed; a meal prep counter complete with a hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and fresh coffee, and spacious fridge; an in-unit washer/dryer; a full bathroom with walk in shower; a mini-split with AC and heat; a smart TV and high speed wifi (that works well enough to take a Zoom meeting on the patio, which has a fridge stocked with drinks).
