When you arrive at our 16 acre farmstead and enter the Guest Barn, you'll notice the construction materials which were salvaged from a nearby barn and corncrib. The timbers from these buildings were torn down, moved to our farm and rebuilt into a smaller “new” barn. It truly represents a real farm experience you can feel. While here, you'll slow down and enjoy the tranquility. Walk around the farm, make friends with a cow, watch barn kitties play, while gazing across the vast farm vistas.

Only 20 minutes from Wyalusing or pikes peak state park, The Effigy Mounds (Indian Burial Grounds)and Historic Villa Louis. This beautiful cabin centers you 30 miles from amazing hiking, fishing, hunting and nature for a weekend of disconnecting from busy life.

The Bridge View Studio

Perfect getaway and a perfect location to get to know Elkader with it’s coffee shops, antique mall, shops, opera house and beautiful Turkey River. Property was homesteaded in 1841 and sits directly across from the courthouse and looks over the famous Keystone Bridge and downtown. Come stay awhile. ***NOTE: Because we are located across from the court house the clock tower bells can be heard from our location. Main part of the house is our residence, Airb&b has separate entrance on the side.

We feature a large deck facing the water to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail to watch sunsets. Come visit the small river town of Clayton! Enjoy the stunning views of the Mississippi River where you will see boat traffic and barges running daily throughout the summer. There are two great restaurants in town open Thursday through Sunday that serve fish, shrimp, steak, burgers, and more. Very private, secluded and relaxing spot within 30 yards of walking or biking trail. Enjoy wildlife, plenty of deer and eagles to watch off the large open front porch.
