Lovely kitchenette with views to delightful, fully enclosed back yard. Tea, coffee and toast with cereal provided for breakfast. Private, sunny front court yard and own separate entrance. We are happy to share knowledge of the local area and amenities with you and invite you for a sunset drink on the upstairs balcony or leave you peacefully alone to discover the beauty of Port Stephens for yourselves. View local swans, dolphins, pelicans, fish, crabs and koalas nearby or take a walk on the boardwalk through a nature reserve to Mallabula. Try fishing or kayaking or watching the sunset. Whale watching and dolphin tours depart from nearby Nelson Bay. Eating out includes clubs, take always, a few restaurants ranging from budget to waterfront a la cart. Enjoyable even on rainy days - relax on the leather chaise and watch a video or curl up in the sunny corner with a good book

Corlette apartment with 5 min walk to beach.

We have a large comfortable self contained studio apartment, suitable for one couple only, with a private entrance, a small deck, Queen bed, kitchen with induction cooktop, microwave, bar fridge, dishwasher, cooking utensils, cutlery and some condiments supplied. It is in a quiet residential area with a 5 minute walk to our local beach where you can go for a nature walk, swim and watch the sunset. We live upstairs, so you may hear some sounds of life, but the studio is completely private.

Quiet residential street 15mins walk shops, restaurants & bay beaches. The ground floor bedrooms of our home converted into a self contained visitors suite. You have a separate entrance from your sunny deck looking out to the street over the front garden. The kitchenette is designed for the convenience of travellers light meal preparation only. Renovated, bathroom ceiling & floor heating, comfort of 2 ceiling fans, A/C, WIFI, TV, BT speaker, purified water. Secure screens for breezes.

Studio Lu.

Studio Lu is a unique and cozy space and is 800m from Nelson Bay cbd, restaurants,the marina,cafes and clubs.Shoal Bay is less than a 10 min drive. You will have private access to your accomodation and 1 undercover parking space. You have a HD TV with Netflix and a Sony blue-tooth speaker for your use. The adjoining room has a comfy 3 seater lounge,table and chairs.Lovely large deck off bedroom. For my guests I offer loose leaf tea,herbal teas and a coffee plunger for some delicious coffee!

ZALA is Anna Bay's modern coastal guest house with breath taking views over the ocean, tucked away in the prettiest quiet pocket of Anna Bay. Your own private space detached from the house. Park your car at the front door. Meters from the Lemon Tree Passage bowling club. A 10 minute walk to 3 cafe's and Poyers waterfront dinning. Search for Koalas and Dolphins along the waterfront walks or watch movies on the 64 inch TV. Max 2 people, 25min drive to the Airport, 40min drive to Newcastle. 40 min drive to Port Stephens. Sorry no pets. WiFi is available. Friday night entertainment at the Bowling Club could be loud.

Enjoy our calming light-filled studio retreat nestled on the second story among the treetops of the local gum trees in Soldiers Point Port Stephens, perfect for 1-2 adults. Newly built in 2023 on our property located on a private and serene street, backing onto the very special Soldiers Point Reserve - home to an abundance of bird life and koalas - you will hear the laughing of kookaburras throughout the day.
