The home is visited regularly by the owners who have an eye for detail and make sure it is kept in excellent shape. Please note: In case of short power outages, the internet and WiFi remain uninterrupted thanks to our power back up system.

This adorable little villa is perched on the edge of a tidal river full of nature! There are mangroves, kingfishers, basilisk lizards, howler monkeys, armadillos and more. This special place is close to everything in Samara. It is only a 3 minute walk from the beach or the center of town. Every rental includes IONA Coffee, hand roasted on site from the mountains above our little town. And it gets even better! Every rental helps us support community building projects in Samara. The bungalow style apartment sits on the oceanfront of a local Sámaran family’s long-time property. It is one of the few tree-covered areas on Playa Sámara. Glass doors open up to the beach with hammocks and lounge chairs.

The mango tree in our garden attracts the monkeys, so often wildlife can be seen. The only thing between you and the Pacific is a path full of coconut and mango trees.
