It is not uncommon to see an artist across the street painting the house, or to be enjoying an afternoon on the front porch and having someone walking by stop to say hello and ask bout it. This is a small studio beneath our main house with a private entrance through the backyard. There is a large kitchen with room to cook and a full size bed. All my tall people beware - I am 6’1 and my hair in a bun touches the ceiling, so it’s definitely cozy! We’re a 10 minute drive from the Coliseum Bart Station for easy transportation to San Francisco and about a 15 minute drive from the Oakland Airport, as well as a 10 minute drive from the Oakland Zoo.
