As well as room for your boat and off street parking we offer you the ability to launch your boat at Island Point Reserve Boat Ramp and leisurely moor your boat off the property for the entire length of your stay. Featuring 6 metre high ceilings, polished concrete floors and birch ply walls, along with extensive use of glass that adds a wonderful sense of space and warmth, allowing the light to stream in from sunrise to sunset. It offers the perfect getaway Winter or Summer.

Cosy beachside couples getaway. I’m awash with sun-kissed rooms and nestled in a playful seaside town, lapped by the white sandy beaches of Jervis Bay. Soak up the sunshine, sip on spritzers, and witness amazing dawn skies, all on my sun-drenched deck overlooking the sparkling waters of the bay. Mid-week stays make for magical, uncrowded stretches of sand, with less of the monopoly that the weekends bring about. This is Sandy feet and salty hair.

The house is pet friendly and is within easy walking distance to the beautiful beaches of Vincentia. Hyams Beach and Huskisson are a 5 minute drive away. Shopping centres and eateries are within walking distance. There is a farm gate of 1250 cm high at the front entrance which can be viewed on the listing. Pets allowed.
