In the City of Plesio, on a natural terrace above Lake Como at about 600 meters high, nice apartment on the ground floor of a detached house surrounded by a large garden with a lake view. The first floor is occupied by me, my husband and our three children ten, seven, and six years. The apartment is in a quiet and sunny location with a private entrance from the garden. It 's very welcoming and a living room with fireplace, two sofas and a double sofa bed, kitchen with stove with 4 burners and oven, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and direct access to the garden, a bathroom with shower and one with a bath tub. The garden is equipped with table, chairs, sun loungers, barbecue, children's playground and large pool. The garden and pool are shared with my family. There are also Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washing machine, cot and pram for small children. The bed linen and towels are included. Parking spaces are in the adjacent public car park. Questo attico ha una fantastica vista in quanto le finestre si affacciano sul lago, proprio di fronte a Villa Pliniana. L appartamento fa parte di una antica villa di fine 800, ristrutturata. Ideale per rilassarsi, ascoltando il suono delle onde del lago, che lambiscono l'abitazione.
