Family built in 1880 and recently renovated, this apartment has one of the most scenic vistas of the Adirondack Mountains! Nestled on the Plains of Abraham it has views of The Great Range and Olympic Ski Jumps. A quick drive to most of the high peaks trail heads, and downtown Lake Placid. The private loft bedroom has a cozy queen size bed with a memory foam mattress and a lofty comforter. The living room has a pull-out couch. There is a full sized kitchen, bathroom and dining area

This private guest space in the second floor of our garage has it's own entrance, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom in a very convenient location. We are 5 minutes from Saranac Lake, 10 Minutes from Lake Placid, and 25 minutes from Whiteface. Located on a peninsula of Oseetah Lake, we have waterfront access perfect for ice skating, snowshoeing and XC skiing in the winter right from our doorstep. The lake offers sweeping views of Ampersand and the surrounding mountains.
