Σε μια καταπράσινη έκταση 4 στρεμμάτων θα βρείτε πολλά δέντρα και λουλούδια Το κτήμα βρίσκεται κοντά σε πολλούς αρχαιολογικούς χώρους. Στα 15' η αρχαία Ήλιδα και το κάστρο Χλεμούτσι, ενώ λίγο μακρύτερα είναι η αρχαία Ολυμπία. Η παραλία του χωριού είναι 7 λεπτά ενώ η κοσμοπολίτικη Κουρούτα είναι γύρω στα 12. Το λιμάνι της Κυλλήνης όπου φεύγουν καράβια για Ζάκυνθο και Κεφαλλονιά απέχει μόνο 25
