Imagine peace & quiet, 100 metres from the road up a stone track, no immediate neighbours. (Owner lives onsite in the attic of house, separate entrance). Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

Auch Slowenien (Bled) oder Italien (Tarvis) sind einen Ausflug wert.

Modern completely new apartment with stunning view

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Per raggiungere il golf mini attraversate il paese verso le montagne di roccia e venti metri prima di arrivare sulla strada che porta in valle a sinistra c'è l'indicazione del Golf mini.

Es gibt Spazierwege durch romantische Wälder, an der Drau entlang, zum Faakersee (2km) und Silbersee (2 km). Eine gemütliche Küche, räumlich durch Stiegenhaus von Schlaf/Wohnbereich mit Bad getrennt, ist voll ausgestattet, schnelles WLAN und gratis Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus stehen zur Verfügung. Sehr ruhige Lage, für Kinder ebenfalls geeignet.

The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Meine Ferienwohnung ist einfach, aber gemütlich und bietet genug Platz für 5 Personen. Sie ist sehr ruhig gelegen und es ist alles drin, was den Urlaub angenehm macht. Den wunderschönen Hafnersee kann man über einen Waldweg in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen! Zum Keutschacher See und Wörthersee sind es wenige Minuten mit dem Auto.
