Unique Indoor/Outdoor Studio with Sleeping Annex

Immerse yourself in nature at my quiet, cozy compound, blurring the line between indoors & out. Built using reclaimed and green materials to be a garden oasis, both buildings are bright and sunny. **Please note that the bathroom is located in the Studio and the Annex bedroom is a separate building 20' away (see photos). It is located two blocks from the Deer Park trailheads and within easy walking/biking distance to town & shops. There's plenty of storage and closet space for longer-term stays!

Farm Cottage With Private Pool

*NOTE: the pool is solar heated and is only open JUNE 1- OCTOBER 31. Private, quiet, peaceful family or couple-friendly rustic farm cottage, wine country retreat with a private pool minutes away from wineries, like Schug, Gloria Ferrar, Viansa, Ram's Gate and Sonoma town square. Solar-heated pool is open June-October. We are locked in by three dead-end roads, so it's very quiet. Large deck, large pool patio, kids' play structure, and more. Horses are our neighbors and life slows down here.

New modern open space, awesome natural light, super cozy with a luxurious king size bed. Sweet patio to enjoy a beverage of choice and watch the sunset on our beautiful Mt Burdell Close to shops, miles of trails for hiking and biking. About 30 mins to San Francisco, the wine country and beaches. Close to train and buss with access to the S.F. Ferry.

Easy highway access to San Francisco, Muir Woods, Wine Country, Sonoma Raceway, Petaluma, Napa/Sonoma, Pt. Reyes Seashore. Close to downtown Novato, several malls for shopping, cafes, restaurants, plus biking/hiking trails nearby.

Modern Family Farm

County of Sonoma Vacation Rental Permit number ZPE15-0201. Our place is centrally located to both the Napa and Sonoma valleys. We are walking distance to Endiku Winery, Ceja Winery, Homewood Winery, Lou's Lunchette, and Hanson's Vodka. We have a small organic farm off the beaten path. The unit is upstairs above the garage, and it is very private. We have some wonderful birdwatching opportunities. On our farm we see herons, egrets, quail, redtail hawks, owls, quail, and many small birds.

No kitchen access or fridge/microwave.

Thornsberry Cottage is a luxe Country Cottage just 5 minutes from the Sonoma Square. Featuring two separate buildings, with a bed and bath in each, it is renovated with a boutique hotel feel to accommodate the most discerning traveler. Located on the east side town it is in short distance to the 2 oldest wineries in California. The home offers a true escape where one can spin a record by the fire pit, relax in the hot tub, or walk or bike to Gundlach Bundschu at the end of our road.

Sonoma Berry Blossom Farm

Modern and spacious with glass enclosed porch, high ceilings and lots of French doors, skylights and windows. Close to town in the very nicest area within a mile of downtown, walkable, or bikeable with my cruiser bikes. You’ll love the views, the location, the goats, quail running around and delicious cafe next door. We just lost our mini horse 7/27 :( we had 16 years, sorry if you had planned on meeting him, it was a sad loss for us.
