A quick 1/2 mile to the beach, walk or bike to the gorgeous white sand & emerald waters or head into the quaint Town of Seaside for dining & entertainment. Miles of forest trails, pedestrian paths, boutiques, cuisine & more are all steps from your door. House comes with 2 bikes and shared saltwater pool access.

"Serendipity in Seagrove" is located on charming and secluded Barcelona Avenue and nestled within the whimsical tree canopy that steals the hearts of those who visit Seagrove. You'll be incredibly close to all the action and enjoyment of the beach, 30A and Seaside, yet privacy is yours the moment you need it. It’s the best of both worlds. You have access to our private pool with an option to be heated during the cooler months. We do ask a fee of $30 per day to offset our additional costs.

A private oasis situated among lush vegetation and gorgeous oak trees, this property is steps away from the bay and just a 5 minute car ride to all the magic of 30A and beach access. (max 5 guests) Located in The Village at Blue Mountain development, a quiet gated community, with an oversized pool, gym and shuffle boards. Most importantly, the gorgeous beaches of 30a are only a short stroll away.

Small in stature but grand in design, this 30A beach house will wow you. Access to neighborhood pool, gym, & the beautiful white sand beaches a few blocks away. Small Waves is set in the Blue Mountain Beach area, which is well-known for its charm, its restaurants, & its famous ice cream shop. We have an EV car charger for electric cars (no extra fee) plus access to an electric golf cart (extra fee). Bedroom has a king size bed & twin bed & there are also 2 twin beds upstairs.
