We are about 5 blocks from the beach, 4 blocks from Broadway and directly across from the Necanicum River. After a fun beach day, our 440sq foot space is a perfect spot to cozy up and relax. In the bedroom you will enjoy sleeping on our luxury queen mattress or maybe you’ll fall asleep in front of the fire on our queen memory foam sleeper sofa.

It's hosted writers such as Cheryl Strayed, author of "Wild". Located on 22 acres & privately situated on a beautiful river in the midst of a true PNW woodland. Enjoy your own private trails, salmon spawning in the fall & early winter, and the sounds of nature. Adults & kids will love the "writer's cube" perched at the top of the house. The PNW at its best!

Located on the Necanicum River with sweeping river vistas and partial ocean views, Trident Point is perfect for your coastal getaway. Hear the crash of waves, and watch fish, sea lions, and birds from the comfort of the living area with near floor-to-ceiling windows and two large outdoor balconies overlooking the water. Modern, spacious, and exquisitely appointed, this home has everything you need to relax and unwind. The beach, Broadway, the promenade, and Convention Center are steps away.

The Scottage by the sea steps away from the beach!

This quaint home is located on a large fenced in lot just 1 block from the beach with off-street parking. The detached garage includes supplies for crabbing, clamming, biking, roller blading, sand toys, skim boards, wood & firepit, kites, and a ping pong table. Our little beach house was built in 1924 and has been in the Scott family for over 50 years. We allow up to 2 dogs and there is a $50 extra cleaning for them. If not bringing dogs, the $50 extra fee will be credited back to you.

Guests love our custom home on the golf course, just half a block from The Cove, a favorite beach for surfing and beachcombing in Seaside, Oregon. This single level home features an open concept design with three king bedroom suites. It is light, bright, and filled with ocean imagery. From the gas fireplace to the gourmet kitchen, it's all new. There is a fenced backyard with Adirondack chairs on the patio, a hot tub and a propane grill. Plus, there is a game room in the garage.

The beach, Broadway, promenade, and Convention Center are all just down the street. My home is big enough for small families, but cozy enough for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. No pets or service animals.

Our newer home is located in a perfect quiet setting on and friendly neighborhood on the North side of town. The short distance walk to the beach is only about 4 houses away to the beach and a block away from the river. Our home is ready for your holiday retreat and Seaside is open for business. Please no group parties, as our neighbor is peaceful and we respect our neighbors.
