The open floor plan features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, and a cozy living room that leads to a sunroom, ideal for extra guests. Relax by the wood-burning stove on chilly nights. The main floor has a king-size bedroom, plus a second floor loft space with a 2 full-size beds and a queen bed. Couch also pulls out to a bed! Our slice of Heaven to share with you! Located on 864 acre Secord Lake. Northern Michigan’s finest. The current lake levels are low but still have a sandy area and great fishing. We provide some fun water items to still take advantage of the water. Some owners still use their boats at low speeds but it’ not recommended. Swimming and non motorized activities are enjoyable. We provide a paddle boat, kayaks and a few life jackets. Don’t forget Ice fishing. Trails near by for ATV lovers.

Although there isn't much room to roam on the property itself, there is access to the Pere Marquette Rail Trail only a short drive North. The cabin is just off the highway in farm country, and is described as peaceful with a cozy interior. You may however hear some road noise if you are relaxing outside. The small town of Barryton is located a mile to the South

The cabin has NO ELECTRICITY OR RUNNING WATER but solar lighting illuminates nicely and there are convenient private showers available offsite. Potable water provided.
