Timberwood Tiny Home is a place to rest your head & heart in Efland, North Carolina. The peaceful retreat is down a country road approximately 10-minutes from downtown Hillsborough. The 200 square foot tiny home is on a private corner of 8-acres shared with our main house. It features Scandinavian-style details, two beds, a spacious porch, abundant natural light, a wood-fired hot tub, barrel sauna, cold plunge, and more. There are features of the home that may make it unsuitable for children.

The Downtown Loft Apartment

The Loft is a studio guest house in Downtown Greensboro. Thoughtfully furnished, comfortable, and immaculately clean and disinfected apartment in the heart of downtown. Lots of light and private. The electric fireplace adds to the cozy feel. Easy, independent check-in/out w/ electronic lock. This is a studio apartment with 2 beds--a queen sized murphy bed, and a full sized futon couch bed. It is best suited for singles, couples, or people that feel comfortable sleeping in the same space.

This 1200 sq ft 2 bed, 1 bath apartment sits above the 114 N. Main Street retail space right in beautiful historic downtown Graham. The newly renovated apartment comes complete with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Tall windows allow natural light to flood the living room and kitchen, accentuating the open floor plan. The modern decor has a quaint vintage twist. It is also right off highways I-40/I-85. Price includes at one time $35 housekeeping fee.

The Garden Cottage

The Garden Cottage is centrally located in the Piedmont area of NC, being only 5 miles from Elon University, within 5 miles to most of Burlington area shopping and restaurants, 1.5 miles to I-85/40, 15 miles to Greensboro, 28 miles to High Point and 37 miles to Chapel Hill. The Cottage has just recently been renovated and equipped with all the conveniences of home. Enjoy your time visiting and exploring the areas around our location. Hope to see you soon!
