Traumhafte Villa über 2 Ebenen mit insgesamt 4 Schlafzimmern (davon zwei mit Doppelbetten und zwei mit Etagenbetten), einem großem Badezimmer und einem zusätzlichen WC. Eine vollausgestattete Küche lädt zum Kochen ein, alternativ kann auch der BBQ genutzt werden. Im stilvollen Wohn/Esszimmer befindet sich auch ein TV. Die Villa hat eine umlaufende Terrasse mit wahnsinnigem Blick auf das Meer und abends den Sonnenuntergang! Highlight ist der private Infinty-Pool (4x9m) im zugehörigen Garten.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

The Olive Grove

The House is in rustic style surrounded by an olive grove, it is composed of a large living room with a characteristic fireplace and wooden countertop. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. The bedrooms have both a double bed and one has an additional single bed. A fifth room serves as a closet.
