Phoenicia Cozy Yurt - Fall Foliage Peak!

5 minutes from Phoenicia. A comfy Yurt for 2 amid wild elderberries, peach trees, a goldfish pond and forested hills. A private back meadow for sun worshiping and meditation. Cold, UV purified mountain spring water. Skiers welcome: Cozy heat in the Yurt down to 10 below! The gas fired hot shower is glass enclosed and solar warmed on sunny mornings. 12v & 110v electric & fast WiFi. Odor-free, cedar, maple, and mahogany composting toilet. Mini-kitchen with tasty treats. Fire circle and gas grill.

Catskills Mountain House with a Separate Cottage on a Creek

Beautifully furnished & charming with plenty of outdoor space to play around, have a fire, grill- and beautiful barn. A small stream runs on the edge of the property, perfect to sit beside, and a guest cottage with extra sleeping space (queen, trundle and aerobeds/ bathroom). "Joan" is our Simple, cozy cabin just 10 minutes to Phoenicia and Pine Hill and all the great hiking of the Central Catskills. Part of a 1940s bungalow colony lovingly restored, “Joan” is one of three cabins which sits next to each other. She sits between Shelly and Georgie, still offering each guest privacy without isolation. Joan is good for couples, and at 215 square feet, Joan will give you a nice, cozy feel. You’ll love my place because of the views and the outdoor space.

12 minutes to Hunter Mountain Ski Resort, 25 min to Windham. 9 min to Phoenicia and 30 min to Woodstock which all have year-round activities and wonderful food options.
