The Copper Clover Ranch is Conveniently located just 8 miles outside of McMinnville Oregon, directly off Salmon River Hwy, in the heart of wine country. The Bellevue Country Store is 1 mile up the road. You will have a private entrance, with patio facing Bernard Farms in the distance. Layered and soulful, visually rich, my farmhouse guest space is curated and character driven. The vibe is warm, with delicious bed linens, and comfortable beds. I designed it to feel like a home away from home.

Tiny House Farm Stay

Cozy, rustic, well-outfitted 2-story tiny home on a 3-acre family farm with a blacksmith shop. The fenced property is surrounded by trees and includes open fields with a vineyard, orchard, outbuildings, and gardens. It is four blocks from the main street in Falls City, and a river and waterfall are within walking distance. The hosts and their two children live 150’ from the tiny house. Guests who book our “Forge a Knife” Experience (Vonhelmick Knife Co) receive a 15% discount on their stay.

Figment Farmhouse

Enjoy this charming 1950's farmhouse, situated on 150 acres of countryside. Within an easy drive of Carlton, McMinnville, and Dundee—it's an ideal location for the exploring the area's many offerings. The house is well-appointed and surrounded by abundant gardens, towering cedar and fir trees—plus, a flock of chickens, three heritage sheep, and our Bengal cats add interest to the place. We live on the property (next door) with ample privacy/gardens between our place and the farmhouse.

The Casita Del Rio has been set up for maximum comfort and enjoyment on your vacation. We have two 4K TVs (one in the living room and one in the front bedroom) and a smaller TV in the back bedroom. There is a small workstation setup for remote work in the living room with both WiFi and ethernet cable access and board games available for your entertainment. A beautiful view over the river and a full kitchen also await you! *Brand New Ductless AC units in both bedrooms & living room!*

There is a queen bed in the main bedroom and twin beds in the spare bedroom. Relax in your own private cottage with a superb view of the countryside. This comfortable small home has a large fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer and all the necessary amenities for up to 4 guest.

Very clean and Entire house available to guests, second house on property. Feed animals, relax in the hot tub or by the fire. Recharge on the porch and enjoy the view of the fields and seasonal pond. Fresh eggs collected by host daily are for sale in the farm store. Stroll down the gravel road and appreciate nearby agriculture. Drive to the coast 1 hour away. Take a wine tasting tour. End the day at the fire pit and make s’mores.
