Original hardwood floors, fireplace, coffee bar, dining room, smart television, WiFi, stainless steel appliances, covered front porch w/ rocking chairs, . Close to Ochsner Health Center, Betty Virginia Park, shopping, dining and entertainment. Due to previous situations and issues out of my control, no local guests.
