Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The oldest residential house on the Island of San Giulio, situated in the middle of Lake Orta, distanced 400m from the mainland, accessible only via boat. The villa belongs to our family since 1637, completely refurbished whilst maintaining it's antique medieval charm, we hope you experience an unforgettable holiday in one of the most beautiful and romantic Italian lake locations. Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

L’appartamento, di recente ristrutturazione, è in una zona molto tranquilla ed è presente un ampio terrazzo dove godersi momenti di relax. Al centro di Dagnente, minuscola frazione di Arona, sulle colline del Vergante, il lago di fronte e alle spalle i boschi e le montagne, si trova l'Asilo Infantile don Luigi Bellotti. Una casa in pietra realizzata alla fine del '700, il cui restauro è stato completato nel 2017, perfetta per chi cerca pace e tranquillità, ma anche base ideale per visitare i laghi Maggiore e d'Orta e le valli d'Ossola, Formazza e altri luoghi di interesse culturale e naturalistico.
