Because of the location and its altitude, there is no need for AC as the temperature is lower all day long, compared to the rest of the island.

Το διαμέρισμα 80τ.μ που βλέπετε στις φωτογραφίες βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο της οικίας μου στα Λιμενάρια της όμορφης Θάσου(περιοχή Άρμενο).Απέχει 200 μέτρα από οργανωμένη παραλία.Πρόκειται για έναν πλήρως λειτουργικό χώρο,κατάλληλο να φιλοξενήσει μια πολυμελή οικογένεια. Το εσωτερικό αποτελείται από μια σαλονοκουζίνα,2 υπνοδωμάτια και 1 μπάνιο. Διαθέτει:ΤV,wifi,πλυντήριο,ψυγειοκαταψύκτη,κλιματισμό και ανεμιστήρες οροφής. To μπάρμπεκιου λειτουργεί κατόπιν συνεννόησης.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω στη θάλασσα. Είναι αυτόνομο , υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι και ένα μονο. Υπάρχει δυνατότητα προσθήκης και για ακόμα ένα κρεβάτι.Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως τρία ατομα. Είναι μέσα στον οικισμό της Σκάλας Καλλιράχης ,περίπου 1000 μέτρα απο το χωριό. Ένα χωριό που διαθέτει καφεταίριες,ταβέρνες,φαρμακεία, super markets.Κατάλληλο μέρος για να απολαύσει κάποιος τις διακοπές του αλλά και το μπάνιο του στις ξαπλώστρες του καταλύματος.
