Casa Margherita

Tra i boschi di castagne, i vigneti e i noccioleti del Roero, a due passi dalle Langhe Patrimonio UNESCO, vi aspetta una casa pensata per farvi sentire subito in vacanza. Una camera matrimoniale con bagno privato, una Family Suite con bagno, cameretta bimbi con giochi, libri e culla neonato e una spaziosa cabina armadio. Cucina attrezzata, lavanderia, grande giardino con piscina privata e patio: il luogo ideale per rilassarsi, vivere la natura e condividere momenti speciali con famiglia o amici.

Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

Villa Beatrice

Villa Beatrice, un'elegante e ricercata villa recentemente ristrutturata, è nel centro abitato di Pralormo ed è situata nei pressi del Castello. A poca di stanza si trova il lago della Spina con percorsi di mountain bike e dove è possibile fare piacevoli passeggiate. La struttura dista 35 km dalla città di Torino con i suoi musei e palazzi storici, 25 km da Alba con i suoi magnifici vigneti e 9 km dal Roero dove è possibile ammirare le caratteristiche rocche. A 8 km si trova un campo da golf.

It was the first elementary school in Monticello, the home of Maestra Bice, a house full of history. The house has 3 bedrooms with double bed and each its own private bathroom (whirlpool tub and whirlpool shower) and balconies with wonderful views of the Langhe and the Alps. The house includes a well equipped kitchen with the possibility to dine or have breakfast on the patio terrace. It is 9 km from Alba and 8 from Bra (no public transport), everything is close by car.
