From our quiet, sun filled valley you can drive to many fantastic nearby sandy beaches or there's a flat walk to town where you can catch a ferry to Salcombe. Use this as your base to enjoy local walking, biking, SUP, surf, kite, food & beer. The accommodation is open plan styled in a modern yet comfortable way. The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Please let us know any dietry requirements.

This self-contained garden property offers high quality for a very low price. We offer a high-standard fully equipped, private annex, with a garden and brook. A simple breakfast is also provided! Based on our smallholding in the village of Chilsworthy an area of outstanding natural beauty. Lots of lovely walks. There is also our local pub The White Hart. We are just over the river Tamar on the boarder between Devon and Cornwall. Half an hour from Plymouth ideal for shopping and many attractions on Plymouth Hoe, and Plymouth sound. Tavistock is fifteen minutes away a lovely old market town. Cotehele is owned by the national trust and is about ten minutes away beautiful gardens.
