The Claremont Hotel Adult Only - Small Single Room

The Claremont Hotel is a small private Adult Only (18+) Boutique Hotel located in the centre of Polperro, a quaint traditional Cornish fishing village. Whilst staying with us you will be just a short walk away from the picturesque harbour, as well as many high quality local cafes, pubs and restaurants. The Hotel has its own private car park directly opposite. Parking is free for guests and we have one car parking space available per room. Breakfast in our shared dining room is also included.

Kate's Farm B&B 5 miles from Lyme Regis. Grade 2 listed farmhouse over 400 years old, a relaxing base from which to explore the Jurassic Coast. Choose from a large family room, ensuite, sleeps 5 and an ensuite double downstairs. A choice of breakfast including the full English is served in the guest lounge with it's huge inglenook fireplace, real log fires! beams and stone flagged floor. Lydford House is ideally situated off the A30 and on Route27 within the tranquil village of Lydford in Dartmoor National Park. Lydford Gorge is a 15-minute walk away. We are 'Eco Friendly' cutting out single use plastics and using local product/suppliers. All our mattresses are handmade locally from Dartmoor wool and our pillows are 100 wool filled. A quite and tranquil place to stay with beautiful gardens and views. The village is well served with 2 pubs within 10 minutes walking distance.

Lower Tresmorn-Barley Park

A bright room in a medieval Cornish farmhouse within the sound of the sea. It has a large deep set window, super comfortable bed and bags of character. The room is accessed by a half-spiral stone staircase which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. The room has a private shower-room along the landing. Peace and tranquillity in a traditional farmhouse B&B on the coast 5 minute's walk from the coast path and stunning sea views. Delicious freshly cooked breakfast included.

Double Room in Friendly Home @ Nyumbani

Our single room in a friendly shared home is 3.5 miles from central Exeter, a short drive from beaches & nature walks, in a great position both for work and exploring. On arrival, I'll show you the shared kitchen, answer any questions and pass on keys. We host between 1 and 3 guests. You're welcome to hangout in the diner or enjoy the peace of your room. Bathrooms are shared with up to 2 other guests. One parking space is allocated on a first come, first served basis.
