This schoolhouse is the smallest one of two on the property. Country living extends to the outdoors on the private patio. Wrap yourself up in one of our vintage handmade quilts, breathe in the fresh country air and enjoy unobstructed views of neighbouring fields. Saskatchewan is touted as the “Land of Living Skies’, and there’s no better place to see the most amazing sunsets, stars and Northern Lights. Raven’s Nest Cabin-tucked away in the trees

Totally disconnect at the Raven’s Nest a back to basics rustic tiny cabin tucked away in the trees. The cabin is close to the main residence but completely private with a private gated entrance and free parking a short walk to the cabin. The cabin is heated by a small wood stove and an oil heater, has a small kitchen area and a loft with a queen bed. Please note there is no running water and the bathroom is an outhouse a short walk away. There is no cell service or wifi at the cabin.

Beautiful rustic off-grid straw bale cabin surrounded by unspoiled nature and working ranch lands, located between Calgary and Canmore. Running water May-Oct, wood stove and old-fashioned outhouse. Cozy and simple with all the comforts you need. We lived in this little cabin with two toddlers for over a year while we built our house and it has everything you need to be comfortable. It is magical in the winter. Fun fact: A full length feature film was recently filmed here!
