Approx. 2200 sq.ft. walk out basement. Fully furnished with a king bed, futon, double bed bunks, single bed with trundle, sofa bed, giant couch, washer/dryer, ping pong table and two bathrooms. A gas fireplace and heated floors, keep it nice and comfy in the winter. The back patio and grill are enjoyable in the summer. You'll enjoy the nice quiet neighborhood, close to the country roads of Payson and only 20 minutes from Provo and Sundance ski resort, in this adorable "pond town" called Salem.

Come stay in our Spa/apartment. End each day with a soak in the hot tub over looking the Provo lights. Then to the Cedar sauna for a good sweat, and then finish in the large closed shower. You'll never have a better nights sleep. Quiet, secluded area of Provo; 2 bedrooms separate from living/kitchen area. 2 bedrms and extra pull-out sofa in the Hallway. pack & play Oh, but no smoking. This family-friendly space has a full kitchen, a washer/dryer unit, and backyard access. Within a few minutes' drive, you'll have multiple options for food, shopping, and outdoor adventures!

Private Provo Indoor Pool House

Enjoy your stay in this private 2500 sq ft indoor pool house complete with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a living room, swimming pool, hot tub, and laundry closet. The pool house is a separate structure than our main house (where we reside). Only guests who are STAYING are allowed on property (unless cleared through the owner). Due to family allergies, no pets or animals of any kind are allowed. Absolutely no smoking or drinking.
