This 3 bed, 3 bath Modern craftsman in the very heart of Silicon Valley is an easy 5 minute walk to the shops, restaurants and offices that dot University Avenue in downtown Palo Alto. Arriving and departing CalTrain's Palo Alto University Avenue station is easily done with a 10 minute walk. You really don't need a car but the driveway easily handles 3 cars. Side entrance leads to private kitchenette, and upstairs is the private loft, master room, bathroom. no stove, fireplace, laundry, or dishwasher but pretty much everything else you may think of. Stanford university, Cal Ave dining, Evergreen Park, and The Cal Train station are all literally within a 7 minute walk from here (along with a laundromat, gas station).

One large bedroom, one bathroom, well stocked kitchen with all new appliances, lovely private back patio area...all this and only a 3 block walk to University Ave (fabulous restaurants & shopping), 3 minute walk to CalTrain, 10 minute walk to the Stanford Campus (or take Stanford Shuttle just 2 blocks away)! No need to drive although space for 2 cars, one undercover.
