La casa è un rustico in pietra e legno nel parco delle Alpi Apuane, un luogo ideale per chi desidera fare camminate nei boschi e conoscere e frequentare le attrattive della Versilia e della Toscana tra mare e monti .. La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .

Casa ecologica con struttura in legno immersa nella natura sulle colline versiliesi, con spettacolare vista mare. Prossima alla via Francigena, a 15 minuti dal mare, dalla A12 e dal centro di Pietrasanta. Strada di accesso comunale ripida e stretta, inadatta ai neopatentati senza esperienza, ma arrivati, la vista panoramica, la pace, il silenzio, ripagano della fatica.
