Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bushaltestellen, örtliche Infrastruktur und die Therme "Aqua Dome" sind fußläufig binnen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst liegt im 1. Stock und besteht aus einer eingerichteten Wohnküche, Badezimmer, Schlafzimmer und einem Zimmer mit ausziehbarer Schlafcouch.(Gesamtgröße 56m²)

Weiters: große Terrasse und großer, zu benützender Garten . Eigener Parkplatz. Wir informieren unsere Gäste selbstverständlich gerne und stehen meist persönlich zur Verfügung.
