Das große Seegrundstück ist Abenteuerplatz und Erholungsoase, zum Baden, Sonne & Natur genießen, Seele baumeln lassen. Der Kontrast zu überlaufen Seen. Gut abgesichert nur durch eine Zufahrtsstraße vom Haus getrennt. Plus gemeinsam nutzbar: Kinderspielplatz, Griller, Feuerstelle, Essplätze, Ruderboot, 2 SUPs, Waschmaschine, Wohnzimmer mit überdachter Terrasse.

Präbichl ist in Semriach b.Graz (nicht Eisenerz). Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig ohne künstliches Licht in der Nähe. Außenbeleuchtung vorhanden. Parkplatz vor dem Haus Keine anderen Gäste Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Föhn sind vorhanden. In der Küche sind Kochgeschirr und Besteck, Geschirrspüler, Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Nespressomaschine, Filterkaffeekanne, Teekanne, Gewürze, Öl, Essig, Bücherschrank mit vielen Spielen, auch für Kinder. TV, Radio Kinder bis 12 Jahre haben 20% Rabatt

In unserer schnelllebigen Zeit soll dies ein Plätzchen sein um Zeit in der Natur und Ruhe genießen zu können. Während deines Aufenthaltes freuen wir uns über einen Besuch bei uns am Bio Schusterbauerhof - La Paca (ca. 10 Autofahrminuten vom Häuschen entfernt)

It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!
