Enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants from this charming place to stay. My place is very close to shops and popular eateries, but more important, to excellent public transport. I am within walking distance of Princess Alexandra Hospital, one of Brisbane's biggest hospitals, and a short bus ride from the Mater Hospital. There is a gym nearby, plus local dental and medical facilities. No meals are provided. Dutton Park railway station is the nearest to my place, about a 15 minute walk

We have a friendly Cavoodle which is also a part of the family and is mainly in our our house unless you wish to have puppy pats. Located near Brisbane CBD, cafes and eateries and easy access to public transport.

Located in residential neighbourhood & walking distance or short bus ride to local cafès, shopping strip, river, Southbank parklands & Arts precinct (gallery, museum, library). The room has a double bed & desk but its not large. Please be aware this is more homely than hotel style & there is no air conditioner (cooling), just fans. Huge sunny outdoor deck. Before Booking – Please Note Parking: No on-site parking, but free street parking is just a 1-minute walk away. Location: The unit is on Mains Rd, a busy street in Sunnybank. Bus is right outside of the unit. Entrance: There’s one step at the entrance. Some construction items are outside for a rustic vibe but inside is clean and cozy. View: If you want a scenic outdoor view, this may not be suitable. Noise: Minor noise may occur upstairs, but it’s kept at a reasonable level.
