Hidden away in the middle of the town centre, This large house is ideal for a maximum of 6 people who wish to have plenty of room and not feel cramped. The Kitchen has a Smeg Range Cooker and an American French door fridge freezer. The house is huge and gorgeous! Parts of the house are very retro which add to its charm. All the bedrooms are a great size. The old servants bells are a lot of fun and there are plenty of TV's and a Sonos music system so you can get high quality music on demand!

The ground floor maisonette has on-site private parking for 2 cars and there are car charging facilities opposite the property in the main beach car park. The holiday home has front and rear south facing gardens, a sunny patio area and plenty of room for surf boards, paddleboards and bicycles.

Lovely 3 bedroom detached house, minutes walk from the beach Located on the north side of Swanage, so just a short walk along the beach promenade to get to the main shops My family are originally from Swanage many generations ago & my great grandparents had the house built in the 1930's & has been kept in the family ever since, so the house is very special to us The house benefits from a large garden to the front, side & rear. Please note, the guests will need bring their own towels.
