This incredible 54m2 flat, lovingly constructed by an architect and designer, is a hybrid (almost a penthouse) apartment with a terrace and a small garden on the third floor of a top-tier building. Breakfasts and drinks with friends are an absolute joy on the terrace, surrounded by green plants and a sense of serenity while in the middle of downtown Budapest. We designed the interior and manufactured most of the pieces, creating a unique sense of joie de vivre. A sunny, marvelous home for all.

It takes only 15 mins to reach Deák square by bus 105 which stops right in front of the house. Buda Castle area is only 10 mins by public transport. Bedroom is small, but very comforting. Kitchen is airy with tons of sunlight. Apartment is mostly ideal for 2 people. 4% tourist tax is included in prices.
