This unique penthouse is located in the heart of Tallinn and only a few minutes walk to the medieval Old Town, Viru Keskus and the ferry terminals. The modern building is new, finished in 2022 and is situated inside a city block making it a peaceful and quiet place to stay. There are excellent possibities for dining, culture and shopping close by. One free and private parking space is included right next to the building entrance. The apartment is situated on the upper floor, and it gets a lot of sunlight. There are several restaurants, coffee shops, and museums nearby.

Our apartment is located in a historic building built in 1889 which is protected by the National Heritage Board. The building and the apartment are fully renovated. It is easy to get around the city center by foot, electric scooters and tram. Cafes, restaurants and grocery stores are close by.
