Il mio alloggio si trova a solo 4 km dal centro di San Teodoro e dalle famose spiagge, splendide viste panoramiche,ristoranti, attività per la famiglia e vicino a tutte le comodità come supermercati,farmacia etc.Dista 20 minut in auto all'aeroporto e al porto. Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: In zona tranquilla e rilassante.Arredamento nuovo con cucina completa. Linea del gas e idrica diretta.( no bombola in casa ). Molto spazio al esterno con lettini e barbeque. POSTO AUTO PRIVATO.

L' appartamento è stato ristrutturato di recente, arredato con cura,dotato di wi-fi, smart TV, aria condizionata, impianto di allarme .
