Die ehrwürdigen Städte auf den Hügeln, das klare, blaue Meer, die Geschichte sind nur einige der Attraktionen der Halbinsel.

Villa isolata di 150 mq e 40 mq di veranda, situata su 2500 mq di verde tra ulivi ed alberi da frutto, massima privacy e relax. Piscina di 28 mq, sei lettini, doccia "tipica" adiacente. Tre stanze da letto finemente arredate con mobili d'epoca, biancheria da letto pregiata, ognuna con bagno privato dotato di doppi servizi igienici e doccia. Un bagno nella zona giorno. Cucina completamente arredata. A disposizione piccoli elettrodomestici, divano letto, Tv sat., WI FI, Air condition, lavatrice.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Villa Arcadia is the perfect choice for families seeking a getaway away from the city hustle and everyday stress. The spacious and well-maintained yard features a 36 m² infinity pool with sun loungers, a children’s playground (trampoline, slide, table tennis, and badminton), as well as a barbecue and an outdoor dining area on the covered terrace. The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests and consists of 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a living room opening onto the terrace.

It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.

Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
