Nice 1-family house close to CPH.

Lovely one-family villa a 15 minute walk from the beach and harbour in the old town of Dragør. Central Copenhagen is a 25 minute trip by car. Newly refurbished master bedroom and two childrens bedrooms (our children are 1.5 and 6 years old). Fully equipped kitchen and spacious living/dining room with access to a covered terrace with fireplace and grill. Bathroom with bath tub and shower and seperate guest toilet. CableTV, washing machine, dish washer, all household standard stuff included. Big beautiful secluded garden ideal for children with toys present. Access to playground and football field in less than 100m away. Our home is ideal for a family of 4 with 2 children. One extra child or adult can easily be accomodated. High chair, crib, nursing pillow, baby bathtub, extra good quality turn-out crib and double air mattress also available. Our home is placed in a nice residential area close to fields and farms. Often a horse with rider walks past our kitchen window. Food shopping is done within 1,1km. 10 minutes walk from our home lies the Old fishing village of Dragør. Dragør distinguishes it self with small yellow houses with red-tile roofs, cobbelstone streets and alleys. Some of the houses dates back to the 16th century. 4 museums can be accessed with one ticket and they tell the tale of the community from the 14th century and till present. There is a lot of resturants and cafés near the harbour and old town. Public bus transportation to Copenhagen airport (CPH) and metro station is 2 min away and is a 15 minutes ride.

Bring the whole family to this cozy house with lots of room for fun. 3 bedroom house with garden and driveway. 400m from bus stop to city center. 4.5km from Vestamager Metro. Roligt byhus tæt på centrum, natur og strand

Familievenligt og charmerende hus på en meget rolig vej i et unikt kvarter. Huset er rummeligt og har en privat have med en solrig terrasse. Et dejligt sted at nyde roen efter en dag med oplevelser. Det er en lille oase med god plads til afslapning og hygge kun 4 metrostop fra hjertet af København. Ikke langt fra huset ligger også Amager strand og Royal Arena. I får selskab af Murphy, vores søde kat, som gerne vil fodres en gang om dagen. Der er nem gratis parkering ca 150 meter fra huset.

Skøn villa med god beliggenhed.

Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Beliggende på stille villavej med kun 4 min. gang til metro - som på bare 12 min tager jer til Kbh k, 4 min. gang til indkøb og Fields, 10 min. gang til naturskønne Amager Fælled. Villaen har en lækker have med pool og spa samt grill. Skal I opleve København og samtidig trække jer tilbage i rolige omgivelser når byen er blevet udforsket er dette den helt rigtige ejendom. Large, bright and spacious house near metro

Relax with your family in our lovely, spacious house. The house is normally the living space of our family. The summer we spent at our summer house, so it gives you the opportunity to rent our house and enjoy Copenhagen. Take the metro close by and be in downtown Copenhagen in 10 min or the airport in less than 25 min. Or rent some bicycles and do it the Danish way. Large private parking area. Nature reserve next door for walking or running. Self check-in. Supermarkets 5 min om foot.

Modern townhouse, located in a green area, close to the city center and the beach, with great access to public transportation. The house is from 2015 and part of an association of terraced houses with a child-friendly environment. On 118sqm over 3 levels you find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room and a specious kitchen with sofa. The outdoor area includes a balcony and a backyard with outdoor furniture. Close to the center of Copenhagen and the beach.

Lovely bungalow house from the 1930's, near center of Copenhagen. The beach, metro and rental bikes are within walking distance and the airport is two metro stops away. The interior design is in a modern scandinavian stile, with lots of soul, "hygge". Everything you need for your everyday supplies is within walking distance. Cosy house with garden, close to the city center

This house is located in the center of a cosy community. It's right next to the Metro which will get you everywhere in Copenhagen in 5-15 min. In the community there is a playground and a small football-pitch. The house is fully heated, floor heated bathroom + a fireplace for extra comfy evenings. The entire house is available for guests and is 130m2, a garden + private parking.
