All kitchen utensils and basics Bedding and towels supplied per guest numbers at time of booking We like to give our guests total privacy , and will be contactable via air BnB or phone during your stay Sunshine Beach is best known for its fabulous patrolled sands, the views from the surf club, and a location that offers many access points to Noosa National Park. Noosa’s Main Street and the boutiques of Hastings Street are only a short drive away. Walking distance to beach - 6 mins Walking distance to shops- 5 mins As per google maps app Self check in and check out with use of a lock box for keys Both spa and gardens are maintained weekly . This occurs each Wednesday or Friday for approx an hour and should not disturb guests. Please advise us should you wish for this not to occur during your stay. 629 Balmoral Ridge

A private new home, built amongst 35acres of lush bush, with panoramic views out to the coast. The house has 2 large bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 single beds which can be converted to a king bed if needed. There is a fully self contained kitchen, laundry with washing and drying facilities. On the large deck is an outdoor kitchen and ample seating and a dining area. In the main room are very comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater leather lounges set in front of a large TV and fireplace.

Belltree Ridge is an absolute treasure in a stunning location. It is an extremely unique hand crafted homestead built from reclaimed and local timber. It offers complete privacy and is just 11 kms from the township of Maleny. For winter comfort, a wood burning fireplace and for summer an outside fire-pit . We also have ducted air-conditioning and heating. We now have Starlink Wi-fi but will happily turn it off so guests can really disconnect from their busy lives.
