Includes 3,000 sq ft, 6 beds, 4 futons, 2 full kitchens & 2.5 bathrooms; perfect for large family gatherings. 2 docks; 3 kayaks & 3 canoes. Breakfast included - Muskoka coffee & fresh baked muffins. 12 is the max number of people allowed including children. Events yes / parties NO!!
