Welcome to The Annexe, our 2-level detached annexe next to our family home. It is quiet, light and spacious, suitable for both home working and relaxing. It is easy to explore Farnham and the beautiful countryside on our doorstep. Guests who stay with us attend weddings nearby, are working locally, visiting friends and family or breaking up their journey if travelling from further afield. We are very close to Frensham Ponds, Alice Holt Forest & Hankley Common. We can accommodate late bookings.

Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to public transport restaurants and towns by car. Not suitable for on road cycling. A car is essential.

A country pub, restaurant/bar, Frensham Little Pond and Hankley Golf Club are moments away.

Hampshire Cabin

From March 2025 building work is taking place on this site in the week. Please see our photos or contact us for more details of how this will affect your stay. Our cosy guest cabin is ideally situated near the villages of Grayshott, Churt and several wedding venues. The cabin remains a great base for exploring and is just an hours drive from South West London, Portsmouth and Winchester.

The Treehouse at Barrow Hill Barns

Sitting within a historic woodland, this secluded retreat has all the creature comforts of home whilst being immersed in nature on Barrow Hill Farm. The Treehouse’s bespoke design allows you to open one side of the lodge to welcome in the sights, sounds and smells of the bluebell wood that surrounds it. The roll top bath is perfect for romantic bathing, with the doors open or shut.
