OG mit gemütlichem Balkon und direktem Blick auf den Wörthersee/Pyramidenkogel befindet sich zwischen Pörtschach und Velden und direkt am Radweg, welcher um den Wörthersee führt. Es bietet leichte Erreichbarkeit mit Auto, Bus und Bahn (ca. 100m). Das Lebensmittelgeschäft (ca. 20m) ist im Sommer täglich geöffnet. Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt befinden sich kostenfreie Strandbäder mit Umkleide und eines mit Imbiss. Wörthersee Plus Card mit Strandbäderpaket inklusive.

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Lake beach is just across the street and traditional boat (Pletna) station a few meters away.
