Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

1A Chalet Koralpe ski + sauna

The "1A Chalet" with a large wellness area, bathtub with stunning view, terrace and indoor sauna is located at about 1600 hm, right in the holiday village in the ski area on the Koralpe. You can reach the lift, ski school and ski rental on skis or on foot! Directly from the chalet you can go on fantastic hikes or ski tours! Towels, linen and coffee capsules are included in the price! 2 Kingsize Beds in sleeping rooms and 1 Couch as a bed option in the living room.65" UHD TV is the highlight!

Bela II, Robanov kot valley

Apartma Bela is situated in the heart of Robanov kot – the most well preserved glacial valley in Solčava region, located 15 min drive from Logar valley. Calm and cosy suite offers the perfect starting point for hiking, mountaineering or cycling. The apartment is located on the second floor and is the largest of the four apartments in the house, with near identical square footage. Die Scheune ist einfach und authentisch und lädt dazu ein, Ruhe zu finden und die Nähe zur Natur zu genießen. Erleben Sie nachhaltiges Wohnen auf einem Bauernhof mit Pool . Kinder können die Natur hautnah erleben, während Eltern entspannen. Die Umgebung bietet Platz für Abenteuer und Erholung – ideal für alle, die eine Auszeit in einer naturnahen, friedlichen Umgebung suchen.

La Casita

Das Haus liegt 15 km südwestlich der Stadt Graz. Es sind 5 km zur A2 und 10 Minuten zur A 9 (wo man in Richtung Slowenien/Kroatien oder Richtung Salzburg fahren kann). Das geräumige Haus (130 m2) zeichnet sich durch eine ruhige Hanglage mit einer rund 80 m2 großen Terrasse, sowie einer sehr schönen Aussicht aus. Das Haus liegt gut für Durchreisende. Aber auch für Urlaubende ist es überaus interessant. Man erreicht sehr viele Orte der Süd- und Weststeiermark in relativ kurzer Zeit .

Baumhaus buchengrün ist ein toller Ort für eine Auszeit am Waldrand. Es ist umgeben von Bäumen, Wiesen, einer Feuerstelle und Tiergehegen. Besonders wurde wert gelegt auf hochwertige Architektur: Das Baumhaus ist nachhaltig und mit hochwertigen Materialien errichtet und bietet ein Wohlfühl-Ambiente mitten in der Natur. Es wurde bereits mit der Geramb Rose 2024, einem steirischen Architekturpreis sowie einem Holzbaupreis ausgezeichnet. Es liegt ruhig abseits des Hofgefüges.

An old log house in the middle of the forest, surrounded by large trees, dense bushes and wide meadows, which was completely renovated 3 years ago. Silence and pure nature. It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!

Wake up in a hut built with wood from our forest, in an idyllic location. In the morning, from your warm bed, you can gaze through the panoramic glass, and admire the magnificent view of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).

LandLoft in the Sausal wine region

A 200 year old "Kellerstöckl" (wine-press) adapted into an award winning house. Loft space and original wine cellar. Located within a small cluster of homes in the hamlet of Globeregg, the house is within close proximity to wineries in the area.

Idyllisches Haus in ruhiger Lage am Bauernhof. Familien, Urlauber als auch Geschäftsreisende sind gerne willkommen. Die Unterkunft ist auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. Für dein Fahrzeug steht ein Carport zur Verfügung.
