Coastal bolt-hole on a working farm perched on the Hartland Peninsula. The small barn is situated in the farmhouse courtyard garden next to the main house. Enclosed garden and entrance gate. Rural, rustic, stylish and definitely romantic, this bijou 400 yr old converted granary oozes charm and comfort: Driftwood bed, fully equipped little kitchen, woodburner, rolltop bath with shower attachment (no standing shower cubicle), sofa, dining area, TV, selection of interesting games, includes all linen, towels, welcome goodies. Puffins Nest is situated within the walled garden of the main farmhouse and only 50 yards from the stunning south west coast path. Pubs, restaurants and a variety of shops and galleries within 3 miles. Cliff walk (45mins) to local pub. You will find ‘The Leveret’ our shepherds hut, on our family run organic farm.  With lovely views across the Torridge valley and beyond to Dartmoor, it is a perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature.  The farm has a mixture of meadows for our cattle and sheep, woodlands and arable and veg fields and is a haven for wildlife. Enjoy a bbq at the fire pit with complimentary wood and charcoal. The excellent local pub at Sheepwash is a 1.5 mile walk through farm lanes and quiet country lanes.

Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.
