The mains water is soft and good to drink Situated close to stunning beaches, trails for walking, cycling and running and plenty of towns to explore. Close to the A30 for easy travel across Cornwall.

Take it easy at this unique and restful cottage. Away from the crowds but ideally situated and within easy reach of beaches and moorland. Plenty of opportunities for retail therapy and sightseeing. The Eliot Cottage was built around 1805 and is situated right next door to the famous Eliot Arms, reputed to be one of the most haunted pubs in Cornwall but also full of history, good food and pleasant company. Tregadillet is three miles west of Launceston and a very quiet and peaceful village.

Noah’s Ark is our Shepherd’s Hut situated in a rural conservation area just inside Cornwall and nestles between our goat’s & ponies’ paddock and overlooks our bordering river. The surrounding area is perfect for cycling & walks on Bodmin & Dartmoor & equidistant from the north & south coasts. We are lucky to have achieved our dream of living in Cornwall with our animals and want to share the experience with others who would love to escape to this life. Well behaved dogs are very welcome

The Bunker is an attached, self contained centrally heated annexe, (the main house is called Fairways). Whether you plan on spending your time playing golf or visiting beautiful gardens, beaches - the north coast is 30 minutes drive away, Dartmoor or the countryside all is accessible from the A30, just one mile away from us. We have generous parking and a large patio, which overlooks the garden. We are conveniently situated just one mile from Tesco, M & S and Lidl

Our luxury holiday cottage is nestled within the tranquil valley of the River Inny. The cottage sits in an iddillic rural location on a former farm stead and along side a former water mill. The barn offers spacious accommodation including underfloor heating throughout, roll top bath, walk in shower, wood burning hot tub(logs included) and enclosed outside space. PLEASE NOTE for health and safety reasons we exclude children under 8 years of age
